Working in an office makes lunch meals so difficult, when everyone's eating crap around you it's just such a tease

Why does what your coworkers eat need to be any of your concern? Eyes on your own plate.
Besides, what is the "crap" they are eating and why is it "crap"? Food isn't crap (I hope!) it's just food. There isn't good food and bad food, you can eat any food in the context of an overall balanced diet and still meet weight loss and nutrition goals...

Start cooking at night and bring in leftovers. The recipes on here make 4-6 servings I usually have enough for lunch the next day and while they eat McDonald's I'm digging into butternut Squash and Rosemary Chicken. Mine tease too but now after sharing it's because I don't bring it in for them.0

My co-workers brought in Little Caesars Pizza and wings yesterday. I was offered some several times and it was hard to resist but deep down I know that that pizza is no where near as healthy or tasty as my own homemade pizza...If I remember correctly Little Caesars sort of tastes like cardboard anyways!
Of course I was craving the wings still though but I came home today and decided to try a recipe I found online.

I made the buffalo and vinegar ones. I preferred the vinegar and my husband the buffalo. I added extra garlic to both sauces because I LOVE garlic. They were really good!!
