Here is a great keto trick I learned from a friend. Heavy whipping cream and a pack of sugar-free Jell-O or sugar free pudding. Whip them up until they are a moose like consistency. Enjoy.

The only way to lose weight is to count your calories and exercise. There is no magic Food, Magic pill or magic drink that is going to help you do that.

I make a Greek quinoa salad, sorry no recipe I just eye ball it. Cook one cup quinoa, add cucumber, cherry toms, calamata olives, red onion, feta cheese, and a Greek or Italian salad dressing.

1200 calories a day and exercise. Don't deprive yourself a treat once in awhile, just make sure you add it in and burn more calories.
