I take a Flintstones chewable every day.2
-
A multivitamin in case there's something I'm not getting enough of in my diet, and melatonin to help me sleep1
-
Daily multivitamin and a b12 sublingual. Multivitamin is a just in case and b12 is because I don't get it in my way of eating.1
-
- Multivitamin
- Fish oil (Various health benefits)
2 -
I take fish oil, Garlic, Biotin, & Tumeric. I have ms and am not on any disease modifying drugs.2
-
Whey Protein- help heal, and maintain muscle.
Creatine- fuller feeling muscle, and additional stamina for reps.
Pre-workout- increased alertness (i don't recommend starting this) start with apples, or coffee.
multivitamin- idk in case I missed something...1 -
I have a whey protein powder, mixed with milk and water, shake each morning M-F.
I supplement with magnesium 250mg which I intend to keep taking.
I supplement with potassium which I intend to not continue when the bottle becomes empty.
I take a 81mg aspirin daily.
I take a fish oil capsule daily.
I take a vitamin D capsule daily.
And I take a vitamin C tablet daily.
That's a lot. Maybe a Flintstones would be a better choice.
Oh, yeah. Melatonin 3mg to sleep.1 -
Multi w/b12, Vega protein after intense pushes, and Vega energizer before cardio.1
-
Spectrum daily for women, b vitamins and Caltrate w vitamin D1

Nature's Way Alive women's multivitamin,a probiotic, and a brown rice protein powder with some stuff in it for "easier" digestion. All suggested by my doctor for various reasons/deficiencies and the reason brown rice instead of whey or other protein powder is lactose intolerance and egg allergy. So yay me! Seems to be working though feel much better than without!!!!!1

One a day for men - in case I'm short something in my diet
fish oil - heart health, good for joints
baby aspirin (per Dr.) - high RBC so Dr has me on it
Vit D (again per Dr.) - lab results showed deficiency
Zyrtec (so I can breath through my nose) - allergies
Creatine - has helped with recovery. I've ran a few personal experiments so n=1, but I've been off for 8 weeks and then back on for 8 weeks and have repeated that a couple times. I've come to the conclusion it helps me with recovery. From what I've read though, not everyone responds to it and a minor sub-set, it makes them feel sick.1 -
Creatine - 1 spoonfuls a day
Whey - if on the go and have no time to get a proper meal post workout.
Taken multi for quite sometime but realised that with or without there was no substantial difference from a health, output and look point of view.
Manage to pack a considerable amount of macros and micros via my food so pretty fine with that.1 -

Every time I order a whey protein I think it's going to be my last one. I think that my diet is not enough for my protein goals which is why I supplement with whey0 -

I would ask a Dr about taking asprin and fish oil together as I was always told they shouldn't be taken together.0 -
I take vit d
calcium
Multi vit with iron once a week or so
Turmeric
All of this is for bone density issues.1 -
Multi vitamin with minerals - cheap insurance policy.
Fish oil - ditto.
Vitamin D - (especially in winter) ditto.
Glucosamine - to support my damaged joints.1 -
A prenatal, b12 and a vegan dha. Just to cover my bases as I'm vegetarian. The dha is maybe like 2-3 days a week. I eat nuts and seeds.1
-
Centrum Multivitamin/Multimineral. Also was on a prescription for Vitamin B because my doctor thought I was deficient in Iron.1
-
I take vitamin D (more so in the winter because Canada), calcium (because of my birth control lowering my bone density), vitamin C, Omega 3/6/9, and vitamin E0

Cinnamon and green tea speeds up the motabalism. Biotin for my hair. Vitamin D for my fibromyalgia, and riboflavin for my headaches.0
