Whey Protein- help heal, and maintain muscle.
Creatine- fuller feeling muscle, and additional stamina for reps.
Pre-workout- increased alertness (i don't recommend starting this) start with apples, or coffee.
multivitamin- idk in case I missed something...

I have a whey protein powder, mixed with milk and water, shake each morning M-F.

I supplement with magnesium 250mg which I intend to keep taking.
I supplement with potassium which I intend to not continue when the bottle becomes empty.
    I take a 81mg aspirin daily.
I take a fish oil capsule daily.
    I take a vitamin D capsule daily.
And I take a vitamin C tablet daily.

That's a lot. Maybe a Flintstones would be a better choice.

Oh, yeah. Melatonin 3mg to sleep.

Nature's Way Alive women's multivitamin,a probiotic, and a brown rice protein powder with some stuff in it for "easier" digestion. All suggested by my doctor for various reasons/deficiencies and the reason brown rice instead of whey or other protein powder is lactose intolerance and egg allergy. So yay me! Seems to be working though feel much better than without!!!!!

One a day for men - in case I'm short something in my diet
fish oil - heart health, good for joints
baby aspirin (per Dr.) - high RBC so Dr has me on it
Vit D (again per Dr.) - lab results showed deficiency
Zyrtec (so I can breath through my nose) - allergies
Creatine - has helped with recovery. I've ran a few personal experiments so n=1, but I've been off for 8 weeks and then back on for 8 weeks and have repeated that a couple times. I've come to the conclusion it helps me with recovery. From what I've read though, not everyone responds to it and a minor sub-set, it makes them feel sick.

    Creatine - 1 spoonfuls a day
Whey - if on the go and have no time to get a proper meal post workout.
Taken multi for quite sometime but realised that with or without there was no substantial difference from a health, output and look point of view.
Manage to pack a considerable amount of macros and micros via my food so pretty fine with that.

Every time I order a whey protein I think it's going to be my last one. I think that my diet is not enough for my protein goals which is why I supplement with whey

I would ask a Dr about taking asprin and fish oil together as I was always told they shouldn't be taken together.

I take a multivitamin designed specifically for women to make sure I get a good amount of all the vitamins and minerals needed while I am in caloric deficit and some days (the days when my food diary has carb loaded foods) I supplement with whey protein to reach my protein goals.

    Multivitamin
Zinc - I have an autoimmune disease and it helps the immune system work more efficiently.
Magnesium - which helps the body absorb zinc.
B complex - again with the autoimmune disease
BCAAs intraworkout because I can't use creatine and it helps my energy level. (your mileage may vary)
Protein shakes post workout to help build back the muscle I broke down lifting heavy.

Potassium because it helps flush out sodium (I had a problem with holding on to water weight) and magnesium because potassium can't get through the cell membrane without magnesium.
