  • I lived low carb under 20 for 2.5 years. No fruit, corn, quinoa etc. lean meats more eggs. Lost 140 pounds. No pasta, bread, sugar. Etc.

  • I am on week 3 day 3. I had a loss on day 5! 1.6. I know diets work this way but it is so discouraging. Just started 1.8 dose. Lethargy gone but new to me is allergies!!! Never had allergies in spring. Sneezing, scratchy throat etc.

  • I started May 2 down 7.2 pounds. No hunger at all. Anyone get back pain, kidney region lower right. Woke me last pm. And all day. Aleve has helped but can't work due to pain.
  • I called Saxenda and registered for savings card. BC/BS covered then. This is beginning week 3 but I think I messed up the titration went 1.2 then to 2.4. But I see some did time at 1.8??? Help I know 3.0 is my top goal. Lost 8pounds thus far. Terrible back pain kidney???
