I made some before/during pictures for transformation Tuesday and thought I'd post them here, too!

I'm still not done, but feeling so successful! I'm down 75 pounds with about 5-7 to go!!

    Thank you! I started in July 2013 so almost three years now. I hit the 75 pound mark around January, though! I started at 207 and I'm at 130 now and I'm 5'3"! I'm aiming for 125 but it's pretty slow going :)

    I work out a lot which has really changed my shape! I lift weights usually 3 - 4 times a week, yoga every day, some times I run but not as much as I used to. I also used to bike a lot but it's not very cyclist friendly where I just moved!

    Cortney, Wonderful job. You were beautiful before but it truly wonderful. You have worked hard and your joy is all over your face. I wish you continued success and great happiness in life.     Thanks, Dee!! I feel like myself now and so happy! I'm proud of how I look but that's less important than how I feel :) You'll do great!! It's never too late to change our lives :)!
