For me it depends on which food we are talking about. If we are talking about milk, I would most definitely prefer full fat over low fat because of the many nutrients and vitamins you acquire. You may miss out on those if you choose a low fat/skim milk option. I would make sure to check the whole nutritional label because…

I didn't know looking sexy was part of soccer training :no_mouth: Regardless though, good luck with your training and hopefully your discipline will pay off.

Breath of the Wild? I heard good reviews on the game and am wondering how it is for you so far? Also, I'm impressed you are doing leg lifts and yoga while holding the Wii U controller. That must be hard right? :no_mouth:

Your kitten gif isn't showing and that's upsetting... ETA: Nevermind! I see it now.

I know i may never live up to societies standards of what an ideal male should look like and I'll have to find a way to accept that. Growing up, I went through a long period where I always had kind of low self confidence in my appearance and my abilities. Kind of hated myself to be honest. Nothing has really changed much…

It all depends on your personal preference. If you feel comfortable to post a before picture and can use it as motivation, then more power to you.

Good luck on your journey. But I was under the impression that 3rd times the charm?

I didn't start last week like everyone else (I'm a rebel I suppose), but I'm starting on March 20th and getting excited to start my journey. I know the road will be tough, but I believe with enough willpower I can persevere.
