Having a larger deficit will certainly make you lose weight faster, but you have to pay attention to your energy levels whilst doing so because your workout performance may suffer if you aren't supplying your body with the energy you need. A little experimentation may be required here.

I plan on re-playing Final Fantasy VII in a couple weeks. I never finished the game, but got pretty close. I am going to attempt to beat it at the lowest level possible.

I don't have a definitive goal right now, but I want to become more organized in my calorie counting and be more aware of the nutrients I'm consuming. My exercise consists of lots of cardio. I'm also both scared and intrigued at the same time :no_mouth:

You're thinking of Body Fat Percentage. BMI is a number based on just your height and weight. You can have a BMI of 18 and not necessarily have 18% body fat.
