Yes,I know u gain some fat while bulking. But I haven't been lifting or been doing any sort of hiit, just working and eating a bit carelessly without logging or tracking macros anymore. Drink black coffee to suppress hunger in the morning. Couple hours later an apple which also reduces appetite to push your hunger away a bit longer and u can save most of ur calories for later in the day for a bigger meal.

Try some high intensity interval training(HIIT) it can help you get lean and you can do it at home no weights required!

Maybe try high intensity interval training and Intermittent Fasting. It might help out. Workout 4 days a week. You need rest days. The Hiit is less time consuming if u have a tight schedule and its been workoling good for me. Good luck!

Don't have to work out 5 or 6 times a week 4 is enough start at 4 days and than if u can go to five days. Most important is a healthy low calorie diet for weight loss. Intermittent Fasting might help your diet and also on weight loss. you might be eating more calories than what you burn. And weigh your self in the morning not at night you still have food you ate several hours ago. Best to weight yourself in the mornings aftering a #1 or #2 lol.

To lose weight gotta eat less calories that's it . create a defecit where you burn more calories than what you consume daily. Exercise will just enchance your calorie burn to accelerate weight loss. Interminent Fasting,healthy diet, calorie deficit and cardio will make you lose weight.

Check out Intermittent fasting on YouTube see if u can work with it. First 2 or 3 days might be uneasy but you"all get hang of it. Just check it out!
