Oooh, thanks for that tip! I had no idea the sweet box existed!

https://www.amazon.com/OREO-Cookie-Club-Subscription-Box/dp/B077NRFK9S?th=1 I wonder if they'll have fun flavors or just the regular stuff you can get at the store. I'm thinking about getting my kids a three month subscription, but it's pretty expensive.

Agreed! Even the barista said she didn't care for it ;)
-
Yep, that was it!

I really need to start hanging out at Dunks more often. Starbucks used to have another nutty specialty latte...I wish I could remember what it was...that wasn't that great. I tried the International Delights Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer in my coffee this morning and I thought with a little sugar it would totally satisfy any…

Hi! It looks like you aren't weighing your solid food, so you are more likely eating more calories than you think. Oats and fruit are foods that will often throw you over your calorie limit if you just measure/count them out, as opposed to weighing.

Very mocha-y! And these taste exactly like the coffee nut ones, just strawberry instead of coffee. I know that doesn't make any sense to anybody who hasn't had the coffee nut ones....
-
I learned my lesson with their pumpkin spice bars. I really can't have just one of those, I have to eat the whole box.
-
If I liked spicy I'd try it!
-
Yes, yes, yes!!! Me too!

Also,

For all you addicts! Found this at Giant today.

They're back! I missed these last year when they were out during the appropriate season. Thanksgiving in July, ya'll!

Did you log all that? "Shocking" your body isn't a thing and of course you gained weight after stuffing yourself for a few days! You got a lot of great advice from the previous posters. Be consistent, be honest with yourself, and be patient with yourself! Best of luck to you.

If you don't have one already, use a weight trending app like Happy Scale (for iPhones) and Libra (for Android). Then you can just see the trend of that graph going down and feel good about it instead of focusing on the day to day fluctuations.

Thanks @CantonRC! I had my first class last night and I really enjoyed it.

Hi there! I'm attempting to get knee pain from osteoarthritis under control (I start Hyalgan shots next week), as well as some mystery elbow pain, but in the meantime it's no impact cardio exercises for me. Tonight is my first adult swim lap class and I'm really looking forward to it!

I have to admit that I picked up the popcorn and the mini muffins.
-
I needed to read this today @mom23mangos, thank you!

My gym has them on sale for $1.50 and when I went back to get more of the Blueberry Waffle and Peanut Butter they were all gone. They still have some of the rest of the flavors, so that's very telling.
-
My apologies if these have been shown before. They're similar to the ONE bars in terms of their coating. The Blueberry Waffle Cone and Peanut Butter Cookie are amazing in terms of texture and taste!! I haven't tried the Salted Caramel yet and the Cookies n Creme and Birthday Cake are fine.
-
Have you tried these yet? I broke down and bought some because the thought of a caffeinated protein bar was just so intriguing to me. Mine won't be shipped until 7/1, though.

Yes. I think it's really important to find programs/information from people and sources you can, to the best of your knowledge, trust (science (real science) based programs/information). Then, there really is no end game here right (unless you're thinking about competition)? You've got the time to spend, so spend some…

Nothin' just sharing. I thought since you like Zumba so much you might like to know about another dance class that looks like fun.
-
Have you heard about the new group dance class Sh'bam? Apparently it's all the rage!
-
I mean...I wouldn't turn him away.

So, small like I expected. They're very tasty, though. The plain coffee ice cream is fine, but together with the brownie crisp it's perfect! On a side note, TJs sells their brownie crisps separately and you get a really decent serving for the amount of calories (if you weigh instead of count).

I WILL be picking these up this weekend. My fear is that they're going I be really small (180 calories).
