There is an excellent program called Momma Strong you may want to try. It deals specifically with DRA. Just google it and the website will.come up. Good luck!

Cracker barrel cheese sticks and fruit for a snack, Sunkist tuna packs are so tasty and versatile. Yasso chocolate chip cookie dough satisfies my ice cream craving at 100 calories. Flavored Instant oatmeal is under 150 calories for a more satisfying snack.

My baby is 3 months old and I've been actively tracking for 2 weeks. I lost 4 pounds already in that time. Based on TDEE I should be at 1500 calories a day to lose 1 lb a week. I have set my goal at 1800 and I eat back all my exercise calories. I am taking it slow and easy and I don't beat myself up about bad days. We have…

I do not feel it is worth it unless you are super focused on macros. You do get a lot of options with those in the premium. For me, the cost was not justified.

I've been going back and forth about getting one too. I want to use it solely for more accurate tracking as well. I went on Amazon and bought a cheap $14 watch that had decent reviews. I figured I will see if i actually keep using the thing before spending more on the Fitbit.

I'm breastfeeding currently and what I am doing is going with the 1800 calories a day recommendation for nursing mothers. I do not subtract my calories from nursing, since I don't truly know what they are (they can range anywhere from 300 to 850). I only subtract excercise calories, and I eat back them back to stay as…

I love keto for the first 2 weeks I'm on it. Then it never fails I have a carb heavy food and I super binge for days and gain everything back. Yes you will get fast water weight loss but that will slow down. You need to ask yourself if it's sustainable after that.

Thank you!! I have heard many say they have difficulty losing while exclusively breastfeeding so you're not alone! That's why I'm trying to go at a slow weight loss pace. I figure if I can't lose at least I am setting up good habits for when she weans!

Personally I do not because it totally derails me. I make sure I have enough calories at the end of each day so that I can have an indulgence. If I want pizza or something high in calories throughout the day I cut the portion size and make sure it fits into my numbers. This way I never feel deprived and need that cheating…

Feel free to add me ladies! I'm a mother of 4 and my youngest is 3 months old. I just started a week ago being serious about losing the weight. I'm nursing too so trying to balance that.

I work out at home or take walks with my kids. I agree fitness blender is fantastic!

You look great! Awesome job!

I'm the same way! Did keto multiple times with much success but it would only last 2 weeks and then I'd be on a mad woman binge. I restrict no foods now, HOWEVER I save things that will trigger me until night time. That way I'm off to bed instead of looking for more to eat.

I always look at my diary again and think yum LOL and I love that if I really have to eat something that takes me over goal I can exercise it off!
