I have 3 snacks a day. Protein snacks. Protein shakes are good. 2 oz of turkey/chicken. Cottage cheese. Protein bars. That's how I keep from getting too hungry or off my plan. Protein keeps my binges at bay. Good luck!

Weekends are tough so that's a great success!

No late night eating. Ever. This was my only problem time so once I decided that eating after 8 was not a option I have been able to successfully stick to my plan. The rest of the day is well planned and prepped. The least I have to ask myself what do I want to eat the better my success.

Low carb is the only diet that works for me. I love how it shuts off my desire to overeat. My health screenings are always better when I have ate a low carb plan. Good luck. Do what works for you!

That pesky thyroid sure can create a lot of problems. I suggest you see a endocrinologist for the best treatment for hypothyroidism. Good luck!
