Hey folks! This is my first time using a discussion board on here. I am looking for tips for snacks that are low in calories. I am a snacker...I love to eat all day long, but I also love sugar. I know this combination is not good! I need some good ideas for healthy, low calorie snacks that will help fill me up so I don't go crazy for sugar. Tips???

I have 3 snacks a day. Protein snacks. Protein shakes are good. 2 oz of turkey/chicken. Cottage cheese. Protein bars. That's how I keep from getting too hungry or off my plan. Protein keeps my binges at bay. Good luck!0

Some of my go-to snacks are: string cheese, wasabi peas, fudge pops, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, hummus & veggies, protein bars, Greek yogurt, beef or turkey jerky, popcorn, apples & peanut butter, fruit0
