First picture April 28, 2019. Second picture was from this Saturday (June 15, 2019). Haven't stepped on a scale yet because it will only plummet my progress. Pictures speak louder than numbers. Love keto, everything about it! Also paired it with Intermittent fasting 16:8.

I love sunflower seeds and I love that it is very keto friendly. Salt + fats equals me scoring perfect on my macros!

I did give it a listen to but I didn't like the interview/dynamic between the two of them. I liked the delivery of Thomas Delaer's information a lot better. He explains it so well And breaks it down. Every topic had an order and its not all over the place IMO. But I do appreciate the share :)

MFP won't calculate your net cars properly so it will seem like you're always going over so you will have to do it manually oruse the "Carb Manager" app that does it all for you.

Completely agree with this!!! I do not weigh myself but go by how I feel, how my clothes fit, and how I feel sitting in my car (Odd enough I know but hard to explain) I plan on only weighing myself once a month. Discouragement can be very lethal to your sucess.

Adding you! About to incorporate IF myself sometime this week. Been watching lots of Thomas delauer on Youtube as well. Seems a lot of people are confused about what Keto really is ans how it's done.

The mentally exhausting always happens in the first few weeks of starting a new habit. I used to be very disciplined in my mind a year ago before my car accident. This thread was mostly to vent and rant about how hard it has been to get accustomed to the lifestyle I used to lead. A lot of people do have a hard time as food…

I'm like that too. If I let myself eat a little bit more it snowballs. So that is why I have to be extremely strict and restrict my calories. If I eat too much it never turns out good. But if I am restrictive then I do not waiver. My only downfall is the weekends when I drink alcohol. That is the only thing in my way. What…
