  • Honestly, all i am doing is Macro counting, trying to be below the 50 gms carb and 50 gms fat and try to reach 300 gms of proteins. I have never counted calories. The day i do more carbs thats the day my cals shoot up. I target a max of 1700 cals a day and make sure im not hungry at any time and also take in 30gms of fiber…

  • Hey ! Sorry for the delayed resonse. I'm currently 130kgs height is 5ft 8inch waist is 50inches and chest is 48 inches . I want to reach 100 by year end. I'm sure there's the metric system of measurement issue here

  • Well yes . . I am looking at weighing my food and measuring my macros . . All the shenanigans. . But u r right . . I need to look at next week as well. So far all was going okay. Now slowly Incorporating exercises in my regime. . 15kgs 65 days. Just counting macros and being watchful of what I eat .

I was 145 kgs and now I am down to 131 in 65 days , just by becoming a little active and changing the small things like taking stairs and not elevators etc. I am definitely not able to cut out carbs .
