Went to walmart this morning and got spring valley fish oil 1000mg with 300mg omega-3. whew didnt know they would smell like fish lol.

yes i am dieting my dr has put me on 1000 calorie a day deal i been sticking with it i have lost 12lbs already. but he wants to get fish oil gel pill.

yes it is hard it dont go fast losing weight even when i gain it over the years. i been eating right but feels like i not losing some. but i will check my weight on the weighing scale saturday.
