Don't feel discouraged. When I started I weighed 250, it took about 35-40 lb loss for me to start seeing a change, and that is working with a personal trainer three times week.

Hello All! I just wanted to inform you all that with your help and perspective I stayed the course. I am now bobbling again. However things have changed. First it is at 215-220 (So ten pounds less) and second I know why and will not panic. Thanks all for your comfort. Here's to another ten next month :)
