Wow you have done great do you have any tips on your success0 -
177 cm = 5'10 ? (I think, I don't fully get the conversion method, I just googled it)
SW: 92 kg = 203 lbs
CW: 81.5 kg = 179 lbs
GW: 60 kg = 132 lbs
I've been at it for two and a half (very imperfect) months. It's the first time I stuck around for longer than a couple weeks and I'm really happy with the changes I'm seeing in my everyday life.1 -
Hi - I've just joined this week, here are my stats...
SW - 69.8 154lbs
CW - 67.8 149lbs
GW - 55 120lbs
The things I find useful is looking at my 'before' pic, putting inspirational things on my vision board and being organised with food.

I lost 50lbs from April to August. Then I stopped working out and logging in. I thought I had it down and could keep the momentum myself I have since then gained back 9lbs and am peeved. I exercised A LOT to lose that weight. I am excited about a weekly weigh in to keep me honest and motivated. LETS DO THIS!1 -

HW: 160 lbs.
CW: 135 lbs.
GW: 128 lbs.
LW: 110 lbs. (never again!)
I am excited because 135 was my "goal weight" for awhile. Now, I made it, and I am excited to get to 128 lbs... hopefully by the end of the calendar year!1 -

I was a part of a weigh in challenge before. Someone had created this weigh in sheet that we all used to track our progress. I tried to create a similar version. Hopefully the link above allows everyone to access and enter their info.4 -

This is my second week using mfp.
Sw: 75.3kg
Cw: 73.9kg
Gw: 65/63kg
I'm quite curvy and carry muscle as I have exercised all of my life in some form or another. It doesn't actually suit me to be at the lower end of my recommended weight so will see when I get to 65kgs if I want to lose anymore.0 -
