Hit the diet and the workout hard and lost 5 lbs. If only it would always fall off so easily!

Since the 1 of september 2016 I started diet, no exercise but still starting to loose weight,then on octuber I started doing cardio workout 30min session daily and in this month november started mixing strenght excercise in the morning cardio work out in the night.
Aug 31-250lbs.
Nov 15-215lbs.
My goal is 180lbs.
Today 20 days Im using this awesome app its very helpfull. Glad didnt start my journey weight loss with this app **up to today day to day working hard to acomplish my goal**

Don't feel discouraged. When I started I weighed 250, it took about 35-40 lb loss for me to start seeing a change, and that is working with a personal trainer three times week.0 -
