I actually just lost 56 pounds before I started going to the gym. I counted calories. After the weight loss I got the gym membership.

I think that’s what the problem is. I was 112 for many years before I had my son. I even dropped down to 102 from stress at one point. I feel great and have tons of energy now. I don’t know why I waited so long to get back into shape! Thanks everyone!!

I go to planet fitness. I love it. The hydro chair is my reward for working out every day. But that’s just my opinion.

I’m in the same boat you are. I’ve lost 53 pounds and have 15 to go. I started going to the gym about a month ago. I lost all the weight thru diet and calories counting. Since I started at the gym I haven’t lost a pound. I’m frustrated.

I like to sell my big clothes on eBay. I take the money I make and treat myself to something I wouldn’t normally buy as a reward for loosing the weight. I do buy most of my clothes at the thrift shop. But once in a while I like to treat myself.

I smoked for over 20 years. I started vaping. I didn’t get the withdrawal from the cigarette. I’m still vaping but am on the lowest nicotine. I hope to quit eventually but for now I feel great! Maybe try that if u really can’t quit cold. Good luck!

I have the app on my iPhone. I have my steps on there. It will give me a few calories each day I walk a lot. Is that what I burned?

For me making a schedule doesn’t work. I’ve lost 32 pounds in 6 months by just doing this app and staying in my calories goal. I feel like you are setting yourself up to fail by being so strict.
