I used my OT heart rate monitor and my peloton to compare stats for my 45 min cycling class last night... OTB 564 cals and avg HR of 145... Peloton was 485 cals and avg HR of 145...I guess they are fairly close but that 80 cals is like 4 TBS of 1/2&1/2... and almost a glass of wine...

Historically my weight loss success and ability to maintain always centered around consistent time spent with cardio and strength training, at least 4-5 days per week. Calorie counting never really worked for me. But here I am now over 50, 5'5", 134 lbs and stuck yo-yoing about 15ish lbs above my fighting weight... grrrgh.…

So I am just a wee bit behind... Three 5 am pick ups and a 1.5 day trip to sfo made for a tough week to start.... I did day1 and 2 yesterday... gotta pack in day 3,4, & 5 tomorrow. Hopefully will be able to walk on Sunday! Thanks for all the motivation ya'll!
