Hi Kayla ! Welcome! I agree with what Steve mentioned. Consistency is key! Make exercise and eating healthy a habit and it'll be a breeze rather than feel like a restriction. Once something is a habit you stop having to "decide" to go workout. You just go. Not sure if this makes sense or not haha.

@emstamand no it's normal. I used to work in a restaurant and kept snacking on everything ! " just a bit " I would say and next minute the whole bowl's gone !! I also worked at a bar and was almost an alcoholic cos I drank so much. Just because it was " there " haha

Hello! I'm also an RN! I'm new to the career. I went back to MFP recently because I started snacking so much as an RN ( patients constantly giving us chocolates, free biscuits, shift work etc) and wanted to break that habit haha. Feel free to add me.

I rarely weigh myself, and when I do I'm aware that the scale just shows my weight, not fat loss or muscle gain. I use body scans before and after and found I lost 1.7kg fat and gained 700g of muscle ! So don't trust the scale guys !!

Try out Quest bars. A bit pricey but definitely worth it imo
