  • You are off to a great start. It is my first week too.. Since we are both at the same level.....If you would like to be friends just add me. Maybe support would make it a little easier
  • Me too. It frustrates me that I did this once and then threw it away. Is any food good enough for that. 67 years old...2 grown kids and 3 growing grandchildren. Looking for friends along this journey
  • Hey. Welcome to the group
  • Welcome aboard. None of us are experts. Just people trying to help people.
  • I too was diagnosed with a fatty liver. Pre-diabetic as well. Asked my Dr to give me 2 months before meds. Didn't actually diet but ate healthy with lots of veggies. And started walking, working up to 5 miles a day. 2 months later and all my readings were where they should be. Add me if you like

  • I try to stay as close as possible in carbs but they go over very easily. So I concentrate more on the protein and total calories. I just try and eat as little as possible of pasta, potatoes and bread. I am starting over after a bit of a wild year. Good luck
  • I started at 240. First week down 7.5. Starting my second week and portion control is definately part of the solution. f you fill your plate as usual and then calculate the calories, it is an eye opener for sure.
  • If you'd like to add me feel free. I am 61 years old and want to lose about 70 pounds. I am doing it with the help of both slimfast and ideal products, but not following their programs 100% .
  • Just finished first week. I am 60 years old and weighed 232.5. Lost 6 in the first week but had a couple of drinks over the weekend. Not going to weigh myself until Friday so hoping I will be able to neutralize any damages. I would also like to get down to around 150. Anyone who wants to be friends along the way .. feel…
