Over 55 and trying to get my 30 year old body

I started using this app a little over a year ago in conjunction with counting weight watcher points. In Jan 2016 I joined club fitness so I could walk on a treadmill after work. I started out slow with my only goal of loosing a couple pounds a month because I did not want a fad diet that you gain back more than when you started. I was at 218 and I'm down to 181. I know that's only 37 pounds over a year but I eat better now and feel like I can still go out for dinner. I'm having trouble getting below the 180 mark so anyone with some advise I would love to hear.

    37 pounds is a GREAT loss. With the added exercise I bet you feel great.

    Wow! 37 lbs is awesome. I wish I had some advice but I just wanted to say way to go.
