I need something like this. I fell off the wagon about a year ago. Relentless aches and pains kept me from running, and I've now gained back a lot of what I had lost. Awesome B) I managed to meet the challenge too, for a total of 1621 kilometres, 1007 miles running in 2017. I had a knee injury and some poorly timed health blips that put this challenge on the back burner, but I snuck in on the home stretch :)
