your weakly supposed requirement to lose weight is 7*1200=8400 calories. you eat 800 calories for 6 days so that's 4800 calories 8400 calories - 4800 calories = 3600 calories on your "splurge" day

If someone was experiencing pain in knees and shins after walking at similar weight as my current weight, can you point out at what weight did you stop getting the pain ? When I was 250 I thought that I needed to lose 20 lbs to get this issue resolved, but unfortunately it did not

yes I was a couch potato, that's why I started slow walking instead of running or jogging.

What you say about not noticing any changes in the mirror and not getting any comments recently about my weight makes sense, but what about wearing the same size of pants ? is it normal to lose about 20 lbs and still wear the same size?

I am not sure why did you guys assume that I am going to stop losing weight because of my fear of having loose skin. Of course I am going to be sad if I ended up having loose skin, I am pretty sure no one in the world loves his/her loose skin. I am not going to stop , but I hope that at the end of this process I won't end…

@HellYeahItsKriss I think I have some of the wrinkled skin you are talking about on the inside of my thighs, but I had them even before I started losing weight. Thanks for sharing your story and congratulations on your weight loss success.

so you don't use your internal body fat stores for energy and thus faster weight loss while being on Keto ? I always read this information on keto blogs and sites but I was not sure if it is correct or not.

I know that genetics determine if I am going to have loose skin or not, but that's not my question. People who are genetically programmed to have loose skin will at some point after losing certain % of body fat know that they are going to have loose skin, right ? I am asking about that point. I don't believe that loose…

I feel much better when I recently started eating whatever I want (after asking this question here and getting the answer "yes") . I am still losing weight at the same rate.

I use t-fal cookware.. but I am not sure if it is no-stick pan. mmmm measuring spoon ? I have no idea that they exist. I use the spoon that I eat rice with.. similar to this one isn't that a tbsp?

I don't use any sprays, I just use oil to fry with. If I use less than that , eggs get sticky. I tried 2 spoons and the eggs got sticky and burnt. 3 spoons did the job.
