In regards to exercise I have added an extra session at the gym. My little extra that I've been working on is drinking water which I'm normally really bad at. I always have a glass ready to drink so that if I walk past it I remember to drink. Work in progress...

Yes im the same, kicked it off well. Lost most wight the first ten days now have slowed down this last week and I know that tomorrow which is Monday and I start the week and weigh up myself I will have put on some weight...I have had a big weekend...you know what? Never too late to start fresh! I will get stronger, fitter…

Last week I didn't lose anything...was 61kg and still 61 kg...must try harder this week!

Hey guys after my first week where I put on a little bit of weight I'm happy to say my weight in today was a success. I'm down to 61kg. I lost 2.3kg this week. I'm only 3 kilos from my final goal. Happy day! I hope all your hard work will pay off for you too.

Good on you! I'm training for a half too. I have never run before...what app do you use?cheers. Oh if you have done the marathon how did it go?

Orylia, I'm training to run my first half marathon too! I have a banana 15-20 minutes before running and I'm fine, not too much water. Then a protein+carbs meal after the run. Good on you for taking the step and train!

I had a good start then half way through the week I had a big dinner out and it stuffed my Monday weight in... Start 62.9 Today 63.3... I have exercised 4 days and I'm assuming I'm putting on mussle...I can see my pants are falling off my waist, I feel much less bloated and I feel much better and stronger I felt before.

Hi my fitness pals! Today is the start of our challenge. We are few but that doesn't mean we can't get motivated and get to where we want to be. My current weight is 62.9 kg or 138.67 pounds or 9.9 stones (here in Australia we use the kgs :)) I would like to be by the end of this challenge down to 58. 6 weeks to go :)

Hi! Wow at my slimmest I was 54kg and now after 2 children I'm dreaming of getting back to your weight! I'm training for a half marathon so I run four times a week or planning to, I just started the training, I eat around 1150 calories when I'm good but it might change if training becomes more intense. What about you?
