Looks like a good routine to follow and had obviously worked for you, I do like that pumped feeling after cardio. Perfect for hitting some weights. Body weight training is definitely something to consider though.

Yeah I normally just do one session Mon-Fri alternating between diff. muscle groups and let them rest on weekend but like I said I just wanna see how it goes and if I get some results from it.

I experiment with different proteins but that one should be a good one to start with for you.

Right now I'm using GNC Gold Standard Whey. 24 grams of protein per scoop. Usually take two scoops right after my workout and I've seen results. Just make sure you're getting your recommended grams of protein. For me I make sure I get around 1 gram of protein per pound. :)

Pretty good, woke up early today and did 45min of some chest workouts. Trying something new and trying to do two sessions of strength training in a day. See how that goes for me.
