    Pretty good, woke up early today and did 45min of some chest workouts. Trying something new and trying to do two sessions of strength training in a day. See how that goes for me.

    Ha, no definitely not. I did legs yesterday and usually mix the cardio in when I can

    Why?
    I don't know much about strength training/still learning. But I do know that my body does better when I alternate days/giving my muscles a rest day.

    Yeah I normally just do one session Mon-Fri alternating between diff. muscle groups and let them rest on weekend but like I said I just wanna see how it goes and if I get some results from it.
