Good, just got a 30min cardio/calisthenics workout in, and you?1

Pretty good, woke up early today and did 45min of some chest workouts. Trying something new and trying to do two sessions of strength training in a day. See how that goes for me.0

Why?
I don't know much about strength training/still learning. But I do know that my body does better when I alternate days/giving my muscles a rest day.0 -

Yeah I normally just do one session Mon-Fri alternating between diff. muscle groups and let them rest on weekend but like I said I just wanna see how it goes and if I get some results from it.0 -
