My family migrated from Scottland but that was over 300 years ago.

I prefer eggs, berries, or an apple. sometimes toast with some peanut butter on it.

I have had Greek yogurt. I like to put frozen mixed berries in it with someone me honey. Oats sound like a good item.

I recently saw an article where a nutritionist ate nothing but snack food but limited his caloric intake and still lost weight.

Weekends are harder for me because there is less structure. There was a good article on here yesterday on using HALT when eating. Are you Hungry, Angry, Lonesome, or Tired. It's in the blog area if you are interested.

Yup. Late 40's and my metabolism brakes got slammed.

Cook in a crockpot with water, chicken stock, and a bit of ham. Easy to fix.
