  • Great, I've added you. I could use more motivation and will add more UK friends soon.
  • You read my mind - I was looking for motivation to take me to the next level. Please add me - I don't see how to do it on my profile.
  • Sorry to hear you're going through a rough time. That was me, last year. I have 60 pounds to lose - I've lost 20 since June but its not easy on your own. Please add me - I can't see anyway to add you. Thanks.
  • I tried it and it works initially like @Gallowmere1984 said, but then constipation is a real side effect. Some people hit a plateau in week 4 and never lose any more weight for two months despite following closely and sticking to it. Everyone is different. If you don't have a lot of weight to lose it may work for you but…
  • Congratulations and keep going. You're an inspiration. I celebrate with a glass of sparkling water with a slice of lemon in it, and plenty of ice.
  • Great idea. I joined this site 7 days ago but dieting since June 5th. SW - 317lbs (22st 7lbs) CW - 299.60 (21st 4lbs) GW - 140lbs (10st) Let's keep each other motivated.
  • So pleased you found something that works for you. After 4 weeks of amazing weight loss - over 16 pounds - I hit a plateau, even though I didn't change anything on the plan. Disappointed, but your progress has motivated me, so thank you.
  • Heathrow area, add me :)
  • Proud of you ! Be a great role model to your girls, and continue working on your mind and its connection with food to ensure you stay on track.
  • Breakfast: I've been having scrambled eggs with unsalted butter, coffee with heavy cream (tablespoon) Lunch: sweet red peppers and hummus with one babybel cheese, and Dinner: zuccini sauted in vegetable stock with parmesan cheese on top, and a green salad with an olive oil and vinegar dressing. Hope this sounds good to you.
  • Have you tried changing your workout or routine - sometimes it can help shift the weight loss up a notch. Also, too much protein reportedly slows down the rate of weight loss. Check your food log for that and cut back even a little and see if it helps. Good luck.
