I guess I need to keep my main goal in front of me, which is to stay healthy with good bio numbers. The weight will follow good habits.

Ive eaten 1100-1500 cals per day. Probably around 1350 most days frim the beginning. No, 1 lb per week is ok (that would bevanother 52lbs by next year this time

Made it through day #1! Lol. I know that 3.2# loss is all water but it sure is good for the mental jump start. GRITS: Thanks for the Gnat lesson. I always wondered why they weren't so bad up here near No. GA. I just remembered that I couldn't talk or smile while biking or I'd end up with gnats in my teeth when I got home.

Grits: I'm a bit north of ATL. Been in GA since 2000' from NY. Single, no children. Just work al lot... I have a day job...and I'm a portrait artist. Pretty boring actually. Just decided I wanted to work on my weight. It's creeping up since turning 50.
