I am a stress drinker. It's a terrible way to approach stress, I freely admit. Stress drinking leads to snacking as well, so it's a double-whammy! If I'm honest with myself, and could change one thing, that would probably be the issue I'd tackle.

No special meal planned for us. We're going to a friend's house to watch our local parade, and they put out a brunch spread. I already had breakfast so I won't partake. It's Shabbos for us, so that overrides evening BBQs and stuff like that.
