Thank you, you sweet, sweet baby. Absolutely not. 19.

You can just eat more to make them up. Or you can keep your deficit. Live your life, gurl.

I eat around 1200 and I tend to have two meals per day around 400 cals and then save the rest of my calories for random snacking.
-
Hi tehan! Have you logged that? It seems like the calories and protien on that nigh be a little low (which will make it had to maintain long term and start to cause nutritional deficiencies.)

Yes. But just because he'd be nice since I'm a girl.

When you say high fat foods made you fat, what exactly do you mean? I'm concerned that "fat" for you, wouldn't be considered fat by many other people and there are some underlying food issues happening here.

I am, quite literally, in love with your picture. So many warm fuzzies.

I am actually in the reverse position. At age 17 I stopped eating meat. My thought process was that if you put the animal in front of me, I couldn't kill it and I didn't want someone else to do the work for me. I did it slowly, first cutting out the items I didn't like to eat (pork, red meat). Then I cut the few items that…

Lats. One day I will pull my gangly body up and everyone will be like "omg, what! you are truly a national treasure"

Top of your foot should be safe. But also do you really want to do that in the summer when it shouldn't be getting sun or pooled or beached or exercised for a little while?

Unless you're rubbing it on your face, it shouldn't cause acne. Main considerations with working out and acne will be not washing enough, wiping with towels that have other oils on them, and not moisturizing after washing (depleting the skin, causing build up).

I'm with everyone. Get some fajitas. Throw all the salsa on it. Live your life.

It's stupid, but I use my veggie spiralizer at least twice a week. It was honestly a game changer for me because it made cooking easier and I can eat a TON of food at once without going over calories. Good tupperware. You can use it for prepping food. Saving leftovers. Bringing food to your coworkers to get it out of your…

Hi debbie! I'm not in the same boat but I want to wish you good luck. Those small steps will add up to a big difference.

Have you talked to any professionals about your possible depression? Addressing that may make the emotional eating feel less heavy.
-
When you say you feel like you're doing everything... what does that mean? And how long have you been doing it (seriously)? The best way would be to eat less than you put in and make some kind of small effort to use your muscles while you do it.

Hi Sandy. Congrats on getting back on the horse and making healthier choices! As you know, weight loss is going to be most effected by your diet. Make sure you're eating at a deficit and you will see great things happen. If you're also looking to add in more activity, I'd recommend doing whatever you really like to do. For…

I'm a shortie at 5'11 but I definitely understand. I am a real hippy person. Currently 193 but I'd like to get down to 150. My favorite part of being tall is that look that a short person gives you when you walk down the aisle of the supermarket and they need to ask you to reach something. Scoped out 24/7.

It's a common misconception that you shouldn't eat fat when you're losing weight. I eat between 20 and 30% of my calories each day from fat and I've been losing 3 lbs a week for almost a month. Making sure your calories are right is all that matters.

If you feel good now and you feel like you're ready for the wedding, maintain. Long term, you may want to consider losing to where you're comfortable and then working to build muscle in your upper body to even things out (but that journey will take longer than three weeks)

Your body is PERFECT. I have a good number of female Korean friends and every single one of them hears that they're fat from their mother. No matter what they look like. You are slim now. In fact, if you posted saying you're looking to lose weight, I think a lot of people would get confused. If your family won't cut you…
