I have a device implanted, so I can't use the one that gives you a little jolt to read your actual weight :( . Wish I could get one of those!

So even scale obsess....as long as it is going down or up in some trend that is what matters? Not what it says? The only reason I weigh myself daily is because it just feels good to see the difference. It keeps me going.

No lie, mostly ate junk. And yo yo dieted a lot with my mom throughout my teens and by myself in my 20's

I have been overweight since I was 12. I turned 28 on the 25th and you and I sound like were in the same situation. I am at 235lbs and I really don't want to go into my 30's weighing anymore than 15Xlbs. Maybe we can encourage each other!! Feel free to add me! :)

Is there any particular way that is best to lose fat when looking at what to eat? Such as stay within the limit on sugar, or stay within the limit on calories, or carbs? Sorry for so many questions, I am just really determined to not be so overweight when I turn 30.

So staying within the guidelines of MFP is good. Don't worry about going over, just don't eat several hundred calories over or several grams of other things over?

I have been overweight since I was 12 and I recently turned 28. I am determined to get my weight from 235 to 150 before I turn 30. I have been my entire life low sugar, low calorie. So really, REALLY, don't worry about sugar??

TavistockToad I checked out adding more fruit and seems I should have said higher carb, low cal, and low sugar. Is that even possible?

you guys are so wonderful, my birthday is the 25th. Do you think I should just let myself have what usually would have then and then start cutting back on sweets?
