This is exactly why I like this program. I don't feel like a prisoner to food, or the lack thereof. I don't feel restricted and dread being put and about bc I'm on a "diet". I can be a normal eater and not hate myself.

How long have you been doing it and how much have you lost?

I know it seemed like a silly question, what with a calorie deficit and all. Just curious of the experience of others. I don't like to "exercise". I like to do something constructive that is exercise like cut the grass. I need ideas of things like that that will result in exercise by not calling it exercise.

Honestly, I'm doing what I am supposed to do and it doesn't seem so bad, at all. It makes me wonder if I'm doing something wrong. I feel like I am getting plenty of food. I'm in the same boat. I was on Atkins and switched over. Anyone else finding success with the transition?
