My caloric intake has dropped to 1,200. I like to see what my average for the week is. Some days I am under by a lot while others I am over by a little (never a lot). By averaging for the week I am well within my range. Anyone have a bad experience with this?!

It works for me; I am eating out with friends tonight. just on today's calories, I will be over, but taken in the context of the week, I will be fine - I have been saving up1

This is exactly why I like this program. I don't feel like a prisoner to food, or the lack thereof. I don't feel restricted and dread being put and about bc I'm on a "diet". I can be a normal eater and not hate myself.0

It's what I do. On active rest days my extra calories are about half what they are on workout days (and zero if I take a complete rest day) so I just use a weekly overview so I don't have to restrict a lot more on any one day.0
