I've stuck to the 1200 calorie diet and, y'all, it's happening!! So excited and don't even feel in the least deprived. I've lost 21.4 pounds thus far. I've got about 50 more to go, but feel confident. Happy Day!
Anyone counting calories and NOT exercising and still losing ?
Is it possible to carry calories not used into the next day or am I confusing that with WW?
My caloric intake has dropped to 1,200. I like to see what my average for the week is. Some days I am under by a lot while others I am over by a little (never a lot). By averaging for the week I am well within my range. Anyone have a bad experience with this?!
It seems that every day I have an average of about 200 calories left over. It worries me. Any advice ?
Two days ago I decided to try counting calories after doing low carbing for two weeks, not seeing any results to speak of, and just being tired of the foods I was eating. I guess I just want to know what to expect. I'm 5'5 , 207 pounds and would like to get down to 140-145. I am trying to do some kind of activity every day…
