I try to stay under 1530 a day. But sometimes I do go over(1-300) and still drop. I've lost 30lbs in 4 1/2 months. But I workout an hour a day with 30min of cardio.

Thanks yall. And yeah Courtney, Friday was a cheat day with a trip to Captain D's and some fish lol. I believe that day I took in close to 2080 calories. No alcohol but I did have a large diet pepsi that night, something I haven't had since my journey started.

No joke, last week I went very low carb about 30ish a day and dropped 4lbs that week. Well, I'm back on my regular diet and now have that weight back lol...I thought maybe I lost fat, made me happy.

Mine is 1500. I usually get around 1200-1600. Never over 1700 unless I go out and drink haha. Which is maybe once or twice a month.

Very true, for example, I had pizza twice last week but managed to stay in my caloric range along with my cardio every day and still managed to drop and hold off 3lbs that week. I use Syntha 6. It's what all the competitive bodybuilders I know use, which is who got me using it lol.. And as far as taste, it's the best. I'm using cinnamon bun flavor right now, it's amazing lol

I'm in the same boat, I'm a pizza addict, 3x a week before my dieting. The best alternative I've found so far is the cauliflower recipe. I haven't tried it yet but it's the healthiest I've come across. It's a pain, I know lol I was on P'Huts website yesterday about to order and stopped myself lol
