It's a much harder ride than I expected it to be. I used to just drop weight whenever I wanted by putting forth a little effort but getting older means more effort. Phew!!!! It's rough now days. Motivation and support is a MUST!

Sounds great! You'll have to give me all your tips and tricks. I like to think that I don't eat a lot of bread but if I really stop to think about it I have bread everyday, usually twice a day. It'll be rough to knock that out of my diet.

Two large CAFE CON LECHE everyday. I love mine light and sweet. That's a lot of dairy, sugar, caffeine and calories. I'm weaning myself off by dramatically cutting my intake to one single CORTADITO (that's about half the size of a small). *Moving my body more when I start to get the mid day downers helps.
