What was the one hardest thing (food, activity, or habit) for you to give up or dramatically reduce on your road to a more fit YOU?

I never gave up anything. Just stuck to a calorie limit. That's it. Iost 61 lbs since Feb 1.1

Two large CAFE CON LECHE everyday.
I love mine light and sweet. That's a lot of dairy, sugar, caffeine and calories. I'm weaning myself off by dramatically cutting my intake to one single CORTADITO (that's about half the size of a small). *Moving my body more when I start to get the mid day downers helps.0 -
Haha I see you love your coffee
lemme show you what I'm having right now.

Diet Mt. Dew was the hardest for me. Went from drinking it all day, everyday to drinking nothing but water. Headaches in the beginning was the worst.0
