I think this is just the mindset we are trying to train ourselves into. Track your food, do your exercise, and plan ahead. You were smart to bring your own bag. I am the same way. I bought some instant oatmeal that is high fiber. It's not too terrible and it gets me a good start in the morning for fiber. We shall see how that works! Thank you guys! So awesome to have help!
