That is the goal you want to hit. Try not to go below.

Maybe the cat is the one who posted 🤣

Love this!!!

Umm, are you using MFP’s numbers? If so, did you recalculate them every 10-15 pounds lost? Because a smaller body needs less calories. Just a suggestion.
-
Well that would explain it.
-
Can’t see it on iOS, computer only. Which is annoying af.

I think the number one question here is, are you breastfeeding? If so, make sure your calorie goal accounts for that. Fast weight loss isn’t better. Either way, a drastic calorie cut is going to affect your energy levels. So take it slow, and keep your calorie goals reasonable. Get a food scale, monitor your intake, get as…

You have the right idea, but your break should be for several weeks, not days. Also, have you reset your goals under settings to reflect your new weight? It will drop your calorie base when you do, since being lighter means you need less calories. You probably have, but sometimes people don’t think about it.

Good answers above. I’ll just add that until I hit around 25 lb loss, I can’t drop a size, despite my original pants being baggy. Annoying, but true lol
-
IMO, HOW you are coming up with intake is important at this point. Are you using a food scale, measuring, eyeballing? How are you tracking servings?
-
Pretty sure that’s not correct. In fact, I feel safe in saying that’s 100% not correct. Try it again, either your allowance now is way far off, or your original number was way off. Give us your stats, we should be able to tell you about where you should be at.

99% sure no, it’s just a glitch. However, I have premium, so can’t verify.
-
You look great, and I LOVE that your smiling in all three pictures!
-
Did you try uninstalling the app, then reloading it?
-
Hey, I figured that out earlier, after your first post to me lol, i went and checked out if I could over ride it. So cool. Now @BrightEyedAgain and I both know. You are truly the best @AnnPT77

Yeah, the other setting came up with 126, so the calories were even higher. I did 10 torturous minutes lol. I’m 182 lbs. went back and forth between levels 2&3. I’m going to go with the machine estimate. And at the 15th flight of stairs, I decided I’m never going in a high rise building again, rofl.

Look at it this way. A gym membership can be 3x as much, and a lot of people join it, go for the first month, then quit, while still paying the monthly fee. You’re getting all you really need for weight loss here on MFP for a third of the cost. It’s a bargain 😁. AND ad free (which is why I went premium years ago). Just…
-
@nanerkay Hmm, can you post a close up pic of your scale maybe?
-
Thanks @kshama2001 I wanted to post this very thing for OP so she could see what everyone was talking about and couldn’t find it lol
-
Hi Lori, which group were you interested in joining?
-
Some questions we’ll need answered to answer you. When you say “required calories”, are you talking about the calories MFP recommended when you filled out your info? How long have you been trying? Have you lost anything? Lastly, are you using a food scale, eyeballing, measuring your food?
-
Question answered lol. No, it doesn’t transfer, I had to add it manually. I thought maybe since they were both connected to the health app, it would transfer.
-
Wow, honestly, you look like a different person. Way to go!
-
@nanerkay You said you are measuring your food? I'd suggest trying a food scale and weighing your portions. Yes, it's a pain, but actually easier than measuring, and less dishes, while being waay more accurate. You also said you were weighing daily, but did you track those daily weights? With normal scale fluctuations,…

Way to go @JaysFan82 I knew you were gonna do it! Congrats 🎉

Aww, you two are so cute 🥰

If you are wearing your garmin all day, enable negative calories on your account. This can only be done on the website, not the app.

Darn it! Only thing FB gets right is their emojis 🤣, need the “love” right now 😘
