Those are my very expensive running shoes, I am not starving per say, but eating much much less mthan I used to

1200 cals and 1.5 a week - my husband and a friend are saying the same thing - its not a waste!!!

1200 calories and when I work out I eat more - the goal was 1.5 a week, now that you question it - I guess I am ok!!!

I am five feet tall, I would like to be about 110 pounds. I am running and also doing Jillian Michael upper and lower body.

I have started running - which is so hard but I'm doing it!! I am also doing a Jillian Michaels DVD for upper and lower body - anything else you can recommend?

1200 is what I was assigned I am only 5 feet tall and weight 128 pounds. I have gained so much weight since last I feel rather disgusted with myself :(
