Hit incline first at all times. Barbell, dumbbell , hammer strength and db flies. For tri's close grip bench is really good. try skull crushers as well.

It's a weak point probably bc many people focus on the flat bench first. Start hitting incline in the beginning of you're chest workout and I promise you will see results!

That's cool but I'm aiming for 175, doing 5000 a day. Whether its 0.5-2 lbs a week, its not a big deal to me. I'm not going to be walking around like these obese people, its only 175 lbs. Regardless I know how to eat clean, I'm just curious how much people are spending a week while bulking. Thanks

It's harder to gain because you probably have a fast metabolism.

Fat? No, I'm going to lose my abs for sure but not get fat. I'm highly too active to get fat. I'm an ectomorph working out 6 days a week. Not to mention I work 3-4 days a week part time job walking and moving every second. Thanks for ur input tho ;)

Well I've been reading some stuff and seen high sodium intake can lead to high blood pressure and things like that. I don't know I just wanted some advice with people from this site. I have no problem getting my calories, protein, fats and carbs but as for sodium I feel like I'm over doing it. I could be wrong though.
