I usually soak cat in buttermilk overnight to get passed the bottom of the lake taste..I wonder if you can do other fish the same way..I have turned to the Internet in the passed for fish recipes to end up chunking..So I need live people help hahaha

Seriously if you health experts have come up with a way to cook your family pan seared blackened fish or wheat pan cakes ect..with air *kitten* let me know..Obviously my 30 years in the kitchen has taught me nothing..Oh and cooking spray folks news flash is still oil.

Update: Since adding the oil almost 2 weeks ago..I have noticed a huge difference in satiety and cravings..Body needs fat to feel full and well for many other reasons..Going extreme low fat wasn't the ticket for me as I was absolutely miserable..The 3 tablespoons is my whole day in fat not on top of fat* I have manage to…

Cocoa powder (good kind) hersheys is ok, almond coconut milk, tsp of honey either blend in a blender (doesn't mix well in cold liquid blending in works) or heat up milk then stir in cocao powder for a tasty hot chocolate for a little over 60 calories..Or look up paleo chocolate also yummy

Texas here so 2 seasons hot and not as hot..Anything water...Aqua jogging, kick board with fins, water walking, lap swimming...Burns tons of calories per hour and its not pure torture.

Thanks for the input everyone..I did keep some track today..4 slices of bell pepper, 4 baby carrots, 6 cherry tomatoes, 2 cups of iceburg, fixing to log and see..Im sure everyone is in the right..Even if it is only 45 calories atleast I will burn them searching for everything and logging..lol Happy dieting all ☺
