I don't have my weakness foods in house so by the time I'm half way to Tesco I'm not so bothered anymore. Don't know whether that works for everyone but does not me. My grandad did the same thing to quit smoking.

May I suggest you persist with meditation. It's difficult at first but worth it. Try visualise a beautiful peaceful place to walk in rather than just shuting ur mind off. my chest is vulnerable ro infections so I rarely walk outside.

I emotional eat when I'm upset. I learnt how to get angry at whatever upset me. Mean boss, idiot customer. Then all I wanna do is punch. Doesn't have to be a person or evan an object just a way to vent anger. that's just what works for me.

Bikini definitely top of the list. I wanna be able to run 5k without swooning when I get off the teadmill.

Ok going for the beast workout. Hopefully Downward dog n sit ups will get easier. The later probably due to god awful form.

When my little brother was 5 he adored work out videos. Didn't really follow them but enjoyed jumping around while our mother did, especially dancing ones
