I don't know really except that if you have a few bad days out of every 30, but you keep going you will still succeed with your goals. I have been so good about controlling my binge eating overall with medication, exercise, planning healthy meals etc, but period still gets me EVERY time.

Good ideas! I haven't been jogging in between, but I will definitely start. I just got the game the other day so I am figuring everything out. I also enjoyed "jogging" in silent mode, because running in place feels awkward to me. I'm really enjoying it so far.

Me too! I log everyday, but not actually sticking to goals

I would like to join in too! I have been pretty plateaued lately. I'm about 183 right now, my goal weight is lb a week and short term goal is 170. Long term goal is 155.

Even a ten minute walk around your house? Little things can help you start and not have to feel like torture.

Personally I eat differently depending on what is going on. During work I eat a bunch of small meals because I like snacking on my breaks and I don't have time to enjoy big meals. On the weekends however I have a more rounded 3 meals because I love being full and satisfied. Either way I find having about 1/3 to 1/2 my…

Eating a plant based diet, even if not every day is so much better for the environment and can be for your health depending on what you eat, some things like sugar, oil, are plant based but obviously high calorie. I have been vegan since I was 16, here are examplea of simple meals I have been eating, Somen (Japanese…
