Ring Fit Adventure

I started using this and am surprised at how good of a workout it is. I have been logging it as strength as it doesn't get my heart rate up too much. How are others logging it?

I just created a new exercise called Ring Fit Adventure and manually override MFP's calorie estimate with the number from the game.

I love Ring Fit, it's so much fun!

I log it as strength, but it depends a lot on what the workout is...when you get to parts that involve more cardio (like those vertical conveyor belts!) then it's a bit different. I enjoy Ring Fit; it's a bit silly but does make exercise like squats more fun!

I most certainly do get my heart rate up. Do you continue to jog in between scenes and when you are being given stats? I basically jog whenever I am not actively doing something else. I do wish that there were longer runs available on the custom mode/ mini games, though.

I SUCK at squattery wheel, but overall my squats have definitely improved since starting this game.

Good ideas! I haven't been jogging in between, but I will definitely start. I just got the game the other day so I am figuring everything out. I also enjoyed "jogging" in silent mode, because running in place feels awkward to me. I'm really enjoying it so far.
